“This was changed by someone else”
- Someone saved the same record just before you. Reload the page, check what changed, and make your change again.
- Nothing of theirs was overwritten, and nothing of yours was saved.
A page is not available
- You may be signed in with a different address than the one invited. Check “Account”.
- The court board and scoring need a running tournament. Ask the organiser to start it.
- After a tournament is completed or cancelled its records can be read but not changed.
The venue connection is poor
- Scoring keeps working on the phone and catches up later.
- The court board needs a connection to send matches. Keep the printed pack at the desk as a fallback.
Before a big event
- Run the sample tournament once with your desk and scoring helpers.
- Check every helper can sign in at the venue, on the phone they will use.
- Scan the live page’s QR code from a printed sheet to make sure it opens.
