Practical recovery steps without losing scores or bypassing permissions.
A save failed or conflicted
- Read the message before retrying. Check required fields, local times and permissions.
- If someone else changed the record, refresh and review the latest version. Keep a separate note of your intended change before leaving an unsaved form.
- For a network failure, reconnect and check whether the change is already present before trying again. Do not clear browser storage when scores are waiting to sync.
A page is unavailable
- Check that you are signed in to the correct account and workspace.
- Ask the organiser to check your accepted invitation and active role. Help pages are public; tournament records are not.
- A withdrawn public result may intentionally return an unavailable page. Ask the organiser before assuming the server is broken.
A notice or email has not arrived
- Queued means waiting for processing. Provider accepted means the provider accepted the request, not that the recipient received or read it.
- Disabled means email is not enabled. Use in-app notices and direct venue communication meanwhile.
- If delivery is uncertain, ask for help before sending again. The first message may already have been sent.
Plan around the current limits
- Plan courts manually and keep the desk connected. Full offline reconciliation and device recovery remain unfinished.
- Payments, team competitions, SMS/push notices and advanced scheduling are not covered by this pilot workflow.
- Rehearse with your staff, devices and venue connection. Agree on a paper score fallback before the live event.
