What are you here to do?
- Organising a tournament: sign in with the address the Rallyna team invited, name your organisation, then follow “Run a tournament”.
- Calling matches to courts: accept your invitation, then read “Run the court board”.
- Scoring or umpiring: accept your invitation, then read “Score and confirm a match”.
- Playing or watching: you do not need an account. Read “Follow your tournament”.
Try a small rehearsal first
- On an empty dashboard, choose “Explore a sample tournament”. It has eight made-up players, a singles draw and a doubles draw.
- Start it from the tournament page, then send a match to a court and score it on a phone.
- The sample sends no messages. It cannot be deleted, so cancel it from “Change status” when you are done.
Short on time?
- “Quick tournament” takes a name, a day, the number of courts and a pasted list of players, each with their age.
- It creates the entries and the draw in one step. You can still change venue hours, court names and the schedule afterwards.
